Seidu leads FINT Advisory's advisory and financial transformation practice,
bringing depth across financial management, systems integration, and large-scale
operational redesign. He has designed and deployed enterprise-wide ERP
infrastructure integrating finance, HR, operations, and management reporting for
multi-subsidiary organisations, with direct experience in payroll automation and
consolidated reporting for large staff bases across complex operational
structures.
Seidu's track record includes financial and systems advisory contribution to large
scale, high-governance mandates — amongst others, the USAID Feed the Future
Ghana Trade and Investment Activity, a USD 35.6 million development
programme. This reflects a broader capability to engage with international
organisations and donor-funded programmes that demand rigorous financial
accountability standards. He has also played a central role in securing significant
external financing for client organisations.
