Dennis is the Managing Partner of FINT Advisory, with a practice spanning
financial leadership, audit, advisory, and operational transformation across
multiple sectors. He has held senior finance responsibility within complex multi
entity group structures, overseeing consolidated accounting, compliance,
treasury, and financial reporting across parent companies and their subsidiaries.
His audit experience includes the review and finalisation of financial statements
and internal control assessments across corporate and SME client portfolios.
His advisory work has been delivered through engagements with specialist
consulting firms and through FINT, spanning systems development, accounting,
tax, and feasibility advisory for clients in professional services, education, real
estate, manufacturing, and FMCG. He has served as Fractional CFO for growth
stage businesses in manufacturing and food processing, and has led Finance and
Operational Transformation engagements, designing financial control frameworks,
management reporting systems, and operational SOPs, for clients across
professional services, FMCG, and technology.
Dennis is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana.
