Michael is a senior technologist with over a decade of enterprise technology
leadership spanning digital transformation, AI strategy, and systems architecture.
He has led end-to-end technology transformation programmes for complex multi
subsidiary organisations, architecting proprietary software platforms, custom CRM
systems, and finance-integrated applications while driving organisation-wide AI
adoption at scale.
His work has consistently bridged the gap between technology strategy and
operational execution — translating board-level digital ambitions into deployed
systems that change how organisations operate. He has led cross-functional
technology teams, managed large-scale infrastructure migrations, and built the
internal capability for organisations to sustain and grow their digital environments
independently. A graduate of the MIT Sloan programme in AI Strategy and
Leadership, Michael brings both the strategic vision to architect a digital future
and the implementation depth to build it.
